Telehealth Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Clinical Office Coordinator. This permanent role offers 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The work involves providing administrative support to GPs and health professionals, handling internal and external calls, and coordinating appointments.
">Main Responsibilities- Administrative Tasks: Provide efficient support to GPs and health professionals, maintain accurate medical data, and ensure patient records are up-to-date.
- Patient Communications: Handle telephone communications with patients and external organisations, ensuring effective communication and excellent patient care.
- Appointment Scheduling: Assist with booking appointments at the surgery and wider NHS services, ensuring smooth coordination and minimal disruption.
NHS pension scheme available to all staff. We offer full training to support your career development, making this an excellent opportunity for those without medical administration experience. Salary: £60,000 per annum, with increments based on successful training and probation.
Requirements- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Experience using GP software systems.
- Familiarity with CQC standards and practice policies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of the NHS and primary care services.
- Knowledge of patient appointment systems and clinical coding.
- Commitment to continuous employment at the Practice.
