We are partnering with a world-leading insurance company to find a skilled Development Underwriter for its Financial Lines team.

This company is renowned for providing innovative insurance solutions and uses its expertise to insure complex risks. The business is growing rapidly, and this new role has been created to help achieve growth targets for its Financial Lines proposition.

As a Development Underwriter, you will be responsible for sourcing new business opportunities within your region, underwriting Professional and Management risks, and developing relationships with brokers. You will work closely with the Development Director to secure profitable new relationships and provide input to the Head of Financial Lines on broker activity and new business production.

Key responsibilities will include underwriting individual risks, identifying and securing scheme opportunities, attending networking events, and providing input to the Head of Financial Lines on broker activity and new business production.

Requirements include a successful track record of underwriting Professional Indemnity and Directors and Officers insurance. You will be rewarded with an attractive basic salary, plus a lucrative bonus scheme and impressive corporate benefits.
