Job Title: Activity Coordinator - 12 Month FTC

Join Fairlie Healthcare, a leading provider of high-quality care, as an Activity Coordinator to contribute to the provision of recreation and leisure care to our patients.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an outstanding Activity Coordinator to provide high-quality, efficient, and effective therapeutic recreation and leisure activity services to our patients with neurological disabilities or illnesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leisure and recreation activities for patients with neurological disabilities or illnesses.
  • Use a variety of meaningful activities, including arts and crafts, animals, garden, sports, games, dance and movement, drama, music, and so on.
  • Organize community outings to improve and maintain the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of patients.
  • Assist patients with different recreation and leisure activities to reduce their level of depression, stress, anxiety, and to improve basic motor functioning.
  • Teach patients with disabilities to integrate into the community by using community resources and other recreational activities.
Requirements:
  • Full right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
  • Previous experience in the UK.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills.
  • A passion for caring for others.
  • Ability to work constructively as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to undertake further training and development.
