We are QA Limited, a leading provider of innovative solutions and services. We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to fill the role of Digital Executive Assistant.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced environment, working closely with our executive to provide administrative support and manage digital projects.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Calendar Management: Manage the executive's calendar, schedule appointments, meetings, and travel plans using Outlook & Microsoft Teams.
  • Event Planning: Organise virtual meetings on Microsoft Teams, set up agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to identify potential clients using Apollo, and create lists of target prospects.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare presentations, reports, and documents, conduct research, and compile data for reports using PDF, PowerPoint, or business strategies.

We offer a competitive salary of £20,500 per annum and a range of benefits, including company events, employee discounts, and pension contributions.
