Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and caring Housekeeper to join our team at Trinity House. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our residential care home, ensuring that residents receive the highest level of care and service.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Cleaning and tidying various areas of the care home, including toilets, bathrooms, bedrooms, corridors, sitting rooms, offices, and treatment rooms
  • Following health and safety procedures and guidelines
  • Making beds as required
  • Using equipment according to appropriate instructions
  • Maintaining dignity, respect, and confidentiality as required
  • Supporting care staff in meeting resident needs
  • Laundry duties, including washing, ironing, itemizing, and distributing residents' clothes

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have an understanding of and respect for the needs of older people, awareness of health and safety practices, and a willingness to work additional hours when needed. You will also be committed to working within the Christian ethos of the Home.
