About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Contract Specialist to join our team at Nuclear Transport Solutions.

Job Summary

This is a brand new role with opportunities to shape your own future and make a significant impact in the industry. As a Senior Legal Contract Specialist, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating high-profile international contracts with UK drafting experience.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and review commercial contracts for international projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and managing contract risks.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners, law firms, external customers, and suppliers to achieve project goals.
  • Provide expert advice on contractual issues and contribute to the development of templates and best practices for contract management processes.
  • Support nuclear transport projects with global impact, utilizing your expertise to drive results.

What We Offer
