About the Opportunity:

We are seeking talented graduates in Mathematics or Statistics to join our Graduate Programme at National Nuclear Laboratory. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects that drive innovation in the nuclear sector.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply advanced mathematical techniques to tackle complex challenges in nuclear energy and security
  • Analyse and interpret large datasets to inform business decisions and drive process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects and achieve business objectives

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or Statistics (or related field) with a 2:1 or higher
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with experience working in a team environment

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £42,000 - £52,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Location: Our graduate programme is based in Risley, Cheshire or Workington, Cumbria, with flexibility to work from home on some days.
