We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our Sales team in Northampton. As a Sales Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the Sales Department and Sales Director, ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Department, including typing documents, arranging meetings, and managing correspondence.
  • Assist with the preparation of Board packs, Sales Pathway training, and First Aid training.
  • Collate and distribute sales reports, commission claims, and pre-handover inspection lists.
  • Manage absence requests, update staffing rotas, and maintain lone worker alarm systems.
  • Perform electronic and paper filing, answer customer and employee calls, and maintain databases and systems.
  • Diary management, travel booking, and expense claim processing for the Area Sales Director.
Requirements:
