Job Description:
  • Develop strategic partnerships with key retailers to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage existing relationships with retailers, execute sales strategies, and monitor market developments to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Collaborate with logistics, operations, finance, and other teams to ensure seamless sales processes from order to delivery.
Responsibilities:
  • Drive retail sales growth through effective negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Monitor competitor activity and stay up-to-date with market trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and action plans to align with company objectives.
  • Seek out new business development opportunities and take on challenges with a 'can-do' attitude.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales development within the retail sector in London.
  • Excellent commercial negotiation and communication skills.
  • French proficiency is an asset.
  • A passion for gastronomy and fine products is highly valued.

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
