Job Description

Colt Technology Services is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineering Discipline Manager to lead our global engineering team. This role will be responsible for driving standards, consistency, and continuous improvement of critical Electrical Systems across our Data Centre portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in designing, deploying, and commissioning critical power systems in Data Centres or similar critical environments.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £90,000 per annum, plus benefits, including pension scheme, life insurance, and health insurance.

Main Responsibilities
  • To drive standards, consistency, and continuous improvement of critical Electrical Systems across our Data Centre portfolio.
  • To work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all projects meet Colt's high standards of design, engineering, and quality control.
  • To provide guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders on electrical engineering matters.

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering
  • HNC / HND in Electrical Engineering
  • Chartered or Professional Registered Engineer
