**Job Description**

We are seeking an accomplished individual with a quality food led background, exceptional customer service skills, and a keen eye for detail. As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for:

* Managing day-to-day operations alongside the Restaurant General Manager

* Training, inducting, motivating, and developing the team

* Working in a hands-on capacity, leading from the front

* Maintaining high standards, compliance, and company systems & procedures

* Delivering exceptional customer service

* Working to company targets and KPIs

**Requirements & Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

* Experience as an assistant restaurant/cafe/food led pub/coffee shop manager in busy commercial customer-facing operations

* Excellent people, communication, and supervisory skills

* A hands-on lead-from-the-front approach and a keen eye for detail

* Understanding of legislation & compliance

* Ability to motivate and enthuse people and teams to deliver results

* Positive and outgoing personality and outlook

* IT literacy, working with systems & processes
