Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-scoring proposals that exceed client expectations.
  • Work closely with bid managers, estimators, and other team members to ensure winning strategies are embedded in proposals.
  • Engage in analytical research, answer planning, bid writing, editing, reviewing, and proofreading.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree qualification.
  • Bid writing training, such as Shipley or the Winning Bids Masterclass.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Previous successful bid writing experience in a similar infrastructure environment.
  • Experience managing a range of stakeholders.
  • Experience using knowledge management systems.
