Specialist SEMH Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEMH Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Ribbons and Reeves. As a SEMH Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with SEN and SEMH needs, improving their communication and social skills.
The Role
- Gain experience in a school setting with specialist SEMH and ARP classrooms
- Work with children with ASC, autism, anxiety, and ADHD
- Competitive salary of £25,000 per year, pro rata to term time only
- Collaborate with qualified SEN professionals, Specialist Teachers, and Educational Psychologists
Personal Specification
- Hold a First-Class Psychology Degree or a degree from a Top 20 University
- Have previous experience and a passion for working with children
- Aim to become an Educational Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, patience, and resilience
