This role is part of a specialist school for children and young people with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.


The school provides education for up to 84 children and young people aged nine to sixteen who have Special Educational Needs (SEN).


About the Position


We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as a Director of Health and Wellbeing.


Your Responsibilities


You will be responsible for promoting the health, wellbeing, and resilience of our students.


Key Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will require:


- Experience working with children and young people with SEMH needs


- A strong understanding of child development and the impact of SEMH on learning


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
