We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Consultant to join our team at The Data Gals | by AI Connect. As a key member of our consultancy, you will play a pivotal role in developing innovative Power BI solutions, educating clients on the benefits of the Power Platform, and helping them unlock its full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Power BI solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate clients on the Power Platform, focusing on simplifying complex concepts and demonstrating the "art of the possible" in data transformation.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions using Power Apps and other Power Platform tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest platform enhancements and Microsoft best practices, applying this knowledge to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing outstanding customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Travel to client sites across the UK as needed, adapting to diverse client needs with flexibility and enthusiasm.

Essential Skills:

  • Proven expertise in Power BI and Power Platform development, with a strong understanding of data transformation and visualization.
  • Consultancy experience or the ability to thrive in a client-facing environment, with excellent customer relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems, and make decisions, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Familiarity with PowerApps, DAX, and SQL, with a solid understanding of architectural principles and a commitment to low-code solutions.
  • Full UK Driving License, eligible to live and work in the UK.

Nice to Have:

  • Power BI and Power Platform certification, demonstrating expertise in these areas.
  • Experience in end-user education, with a talent for simplifying complex ideas and making them accessible to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A self-starter with a go-getter attitude, enthusiastic about taking on new challenges and driving results in a fast-paced consultancy environment.
