Lead Business Intelligence and Analytics Transformation

KDR Talent Solutions is partnering with a leading bank to drive a mission of positive change and transformation in their data, analytics, and AI capabilities. As the Head of Business Intelligence and Analytics, you will play a critical role in adding business value and driving the use of data forward to achieve strategic objectives.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of the strategy, delivery, and overall team for business intelligence, analytics, and machine learning/artificial intelligence within the organization. You will be responsible for managing large multi-disciplinary teams, engaging and managing stakeholders to board level, and driving change and challenging the status quo.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business intelligence and analytics strategy to drive business value and achieve strategic objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of data scientists, business analysts, and other professionals to deliver high-quality business intelligence and analytics solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the Chief Data Officer, CTO, and CIO
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in business intelligence and analytics
