Mentor for Inclusive Learning

We are seeking a dedicated Mentor for Inclusive Learning to join our team at Geeks Room CiC. As a key member of our community, you will play a vital role in creating an inclusive environment for individuals with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH) challenges.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and young people, with a focus on developing their life skills, social abilities, and emotional well-being. You will be responsible for collaborating with our management team to plan and deliver engaging resources and content, ensuring the needs of our students are met, and monitoring their progress and wellbeing. Additionally, you will be part of our mentoring team, working with children, young people, and young adults of all abilities and capabilities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate with the Management team to develop resources and content that meet our objectives
* Support the development of a growing team, ensuring the engagement of our students and their needs are met
* Monitor student's progress and wellbeing, making adjustments as necessary
* Participate in the mentoring team, working with children, young people, and young adults of all abilities and capabilities
**Salary:** £13.50 per hour, 25 hours per week (with potential to increase after probationary period)
