About the Role:

This position comes with an estimated salary of around £30,000 - £40,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals that meet the highest standards
  • Ensure high levels of food safety and hygiene are maintained
  • Manage dietary requirements and develop menus accordingly
  • Collaborate with our Environmental Health team to maintain high standards
Requirements:
  • Enhanced DBS check or equivalent
  • Food Hygiene level 2 certification or willingness to obtain
  • Sound knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and COSHH requirements
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and maintain cost efficiency
