Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to lead our Education, Learning, and Development team. This role will focus on enhancing employee performance, experience, and productivity through effective training programs.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive learning strategies aligned with corporate goals.
- Lead and mentor the L&D team to execute learning programs and initiatives effectively.
- Oversee the implementation of Apprenticeship programs and ensure quality delivery.
- Utilize data and feedback to measure program effectiveness and drive improvements.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A strong background in Education, Learning & Development, with experience implementing effective training programs.
- Excellent leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms, digital learning tools, and other relevant technologies.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple training programs and initiatives.
