Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the financial success of our clients' projects. You will be responsible for managing all costs from initial calculations to the final account, preparing and evaluating bills of quantities, tenders, and contract documents, tracking and managing project budgets, valuations, and variations, conducting site visits, and assessing and negotiating sub-contractor and supplier contracts.

Key Requirements
  • Relevant qualification (Degree/HND) in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor or similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of construction contracts and relevant legislation
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills

You should have proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS Office, project management tools), strong IT skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook), and be proactive with the ability to work and manage time effectively.

Benefits
