As a Wellness Center Director at Holiday Inn Leeds Garforth, you will oversee and manage the operations of our leisure club, ensuring the highest standards of health and safety are met. This role reports directly to the Business Excellence Manager and is part of a team based in our hotel.

Responsibilities
  • Health and Safety: Ensure all Health and Safety requirements are being met.
  • Fitness Programmes: Deliver and manage the company-approved fitness programmes with a view of promoting member behavior change and maximizing Personal Training.
  • Financial Performance: Review financial performance on a daily, weekly, monthly basis and take necessary action as required.
  • Poll Maintenance: Pro-active approach to pool plant maintenance and operational best practice to maximize hygiene in both pool and spas in accordance with company SOPs.
