We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Logistics Team Leader to join our team at RELOcruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe loading of vehicles and storage containers, adhering to all relevant company procedures and maintaining high standards of discipline, workmanship, and safety.

As a Transportation Supervisor, you will lead a motivated team, providing excellent customer service and ensuring timetables and service expectations are met. You will be responsible for handling customers to a superior level of service delivery, caring for client's possessions, and ensuring Company instructions and standards of discipline, workmanship, and safety are always maintained.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Handling customers to a superior level of service delivery
  • Care of client's possessions
  • Ensuring Company instructions and standards of discipline, workmanship, and safety are always maintained
  • Ability to work from plans/drawings and instruct staff accordingly
  • Knowledge and experience of office and commercial work desirable
  • Knowledge and experience of implementing Health & Safety Regulations and conducting Risk Assessments

Requirements for this role include:

  • Excellent spoken English
  • Literate and numerate
  • Driving licence
  • Full on the job training will be given

We offer a full-time, on-site position, working 37 hours per week. While industry experience is desirable, it's not essential, making this a fantastic opportunity to break into a dynamic and rewarding industry.
