About the Role

As an On-Water Maintenance specialist, you will work closely with our Hobart-based Control Room to ensure the smooth operation of our feed-related equipment. This includes routine maintenance tasks such as checking cameras, winches, and reporting any unusual fish behavior or predator activity to the control room. You will also respond to control room requests and perform lease maintenance and monitoring as required.

About You

  • You have a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • You possess well-developed communication skills and are physically fit to work outdoors.
  • A background in fish farming or record-keeping is desirable but not essential.

This role operates on a 4 days on, 3 days off roster and is located near Dover TAS. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license and a coxswain's ticket (desired but not essential).

Estimated Salary: AU$70,000 - AU$90,000 per annum
