About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Transfer Pricing Senior to join our globally renowned team at Forvis Mazars. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our diverse portfolio of clients.
About the Team
Our team is dynamic and fast-growing, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality services to our clients. You will have the opportunity to develop a deep knowledge and experience of transfer pricing, both as part of the UK and international transfer pricing teams and wider international tax teams.
Responsibilities
- Apply core transfer pricing principles to assignments and support functional analyses.
- Identify main value drivers in a business, understand risks, and contribute to risk allocation and DEMPE analysis.
- Carry out technical analysis on client deliverables and review work of junior staff.
- Demonstrate commercial acumen when performing complex analysis.
- Provide input on solutions to complex problems, with support from senior team members.
- Design workplans and timelines to manage client work delivery.
- Represent the Transfer Pricing team at internal meetings and support junior staff.
- Advise clients on strategic cross-border tax matters and contribute to team development and training.
Requirements
- Experience in preparing OECD-compliant documentation, functional analysis interviews, and detailed benchmarking analyses.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work as part of a close team.
- Part-qualified in ACA/CTA/ADIT or another internationally recognized qualification.
