About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Support Staff member to join our family department, providing administrative assistance to our solicitors and clients. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing files, liaising with clients, and ensuring key dates are met.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  3. Liaise with clients, solicitors, and Courts, maintaining exceptional communication skills.
  4. Ensure key dates are met, utilizing effective time management techniques.
  5. Complete legal forms, amending and formatting documents as necessary.
  6. Update client details, maintaining accurate records and databases.">

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A thorough understanding of Family law procedures and protocols.
  • An ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Persistence and commitment to completing tasks and objectives, delivering high-quality output.

Salary Range: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position, requiring a minimum of 37.5 hours per week. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
