**The Opportunity**

We are currently recruiting for passionate Freelance Trainers to work with us on a flexible basis. As a Freelance Trainer, you will have the opportunity to deliver courses for the childcare sector. You will work with us to develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our clients.

**Requirements**

  • 2 years+ teaching experience with children and young people
  • Training/teaching qualification (e.g. Cert-Ed, Level 3 Award in Education & Training, PTTLS, CTT)

**Salary:** £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

Our trainers can expect to work on a flexible basis, with opportunities for virtual and face-to-face work across the UK. With a competitive salary and benefits package, this is an excellent opportunity for experienced trainers looking to take their careers to the next level.
