About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Services Assistant to join our team at Kendrick Hall and Crown House. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and Greet Service: Provide a warm and friendly welcome to students, visitors, and external contacts.
  • Reception Support: Assist with administrative tasks, including handling customer inquiries via email, website, telephone, and in person.
  • Help Desk Assistance: Operate a professional helpdesk and telephone service, responding promptly and helpfully to student queries.
  • Back-Office Functions: Contribute to various administrative tasks, including providing support to the operations team and General Manager.

Person Specification:

  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Display a helpful and patient attitude when interacting with students and visitors.
  • IT Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft Office software and other relevant systems.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with students, visitors, and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
