Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Nurse to join our team at the Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and delivery of strategic and operational programs within the Paediatric Critical Care team.

The successful candidate will possess a Master's Degree in a health-related discipline and post-graduate experience in paediatric critical care or related fields. Strong leadership and management skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills, are essential for this role.

You will be responsible for providing nursing leadership across the PCC Network, working closely with Clinical Leads, the core STPN team, and the wider PCC community. This includes completing a training needs analysis, developing and delivering relevant education programs, and promoting family-centred care within the Clinical Network.

An estimated salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, reflects the value placed on this position within the organisation.
