Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Assist in managing relationships with our charity partners, ensuring their staffing needs are met and their goals are achieved.
- Staffing Coordination: Support the recruitment and placement of temporary staff, matching candidates to appropriate roles and ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative tasks related to staffing assignments, including contracts, timesheets, and payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients and staff, addressing any queries or issues promptly and professionally.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on staffing bank performance, helping to identify areas for improvement and drive business growth.
- Strategic Development: Collaborate with the senior management team to develop and implement strategies for client satisfaction and business growth, aligning with the company's mission and values.
Requirements:
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and staff.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new systems and processes.
- Proactivity: A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges, and a passion for working with charities and making a difference in the community.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or within a customer service environment is advantageous but not essential.
