Sales Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team at Euro-projects Recruitment Ltd. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for leading all proactive business development and account management of a mature revenue stream worth £3m-£5m on an annual basis.

About the Role:

  • You will be selling electrical/control/systems engineering products into the UK rail industry.
  • Grow the order book through targeting long term sustainable revenue growth.
  • Frequent UK travel to customer sites (70% of customers are based in the South East of England).
  • On average, you are likely to spend 1 day per week working from the sales, projects, and engineering office based in Leicestershire.

Your Background:

  • Proven track record of sales performance – winning of new business and development of key accounts.
  • Experience of providing high quality tender/bid submissions.
  • Commercially astute to interpret contract terms and conditions – some customers are large corporations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with engineers and project teams to develop new and innovative technical solutions for customers.
