Academics Ltd, a renowned SEN school in Salisbury, seeks an ambitious Learning Support Assistant to join its team. As an aspiring Educational Psychologist, you will play a vital role in supporting students with diverse special educational needs, including Autism, ADHD, and physical disabilities.

With a strong foundation in Psychology or Criminology, you will contribute to creating individualised support plans and learning strategies that cater to each child's unique needs. This opportunity provides a comprehensive training experience, enabling you to develop the skills necessary to become a certified Educational Psychologist in the future.

The ideal candidate will possess a university degree, a C in GCSE Maths and English, and previous experience working with children. A patient, empathetic, and understanding approach is essential for this rewarding role.

  • $80-$90 per hour
  • Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm
  • Immediate start
