We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Counsel - Intellectual Property to join our team in Amersham.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Solicitor specialising in IP to take on a key role within our corporate legal department, working closely with senior players in the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and negotiate a full range of IP and IT related contracts with business and licensing teams.
  • Negotiate and draft intellectual property, software and technology licenses, as well as collaboration and partnership agreements.
  • Collaborate with commercial, technology and sourcing teams on commercial and sourcing agreements, including software and IP.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $160,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a generous bonus scheme and opportunities for career growth.
