Job Title: QHSE Coordinator

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled QHSE Coordinator to join their team. As a QHSE Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of exceptional QHSE performance, managing industry audits, maintaining IMS Health & Safety register and Environmental legal registers, investigating accidents and near-misses, conducting internal QHSE audits, and delivering QHSE inductions, toolbox talks, and health & safety awareness initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the delivery of exceptional QHSE performance
  • Manage industry audits such as Achilles and CHAS
  • Maintain IMS Health & Safety register and Environmental legal registers
  • Investigate accidents and near-misses, ensuring thorough documentation and corrective actions
  • Conduct internal QHSE audits, oversee corrective actions, and produce management reports
  • Deliver QHSE inductions, toolbox talks, and health & safety awareness initiatives
  • Manage document control to meet standards and operational needs
  • Support frameworks, tenders, and customer inquiries
  • Oversee equipment inspections, lifting, and calibrations
  • Manage COSHH assessments and conduct DSE assessments
  • Grow and sustain the QMS
  • Support the QHSE Department Team Members including the QC Inspectors and the Welding Engineers
