Job Title: QHSE Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled QHSE Coordinator to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment. As a QHSE Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving corrective and preventative action for customer-related and internal issues, ensuring the company's Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality policies are upheld.

About the Role:
  • Assist in delivering exceptional QHSE performance
  • Manage industry audits such as Achilles and CHAS
  • Maintain IMS Health & Safety register and Environmental legal registers
  • Investigate accidents and near-misses, ensuring thorough documentation and corrective actions
  • Conduct internal QHSE audits, oversee corrective actions, and produce management reports
  • Deliver QHSE inductions, toolbox talks, and health & safety awareness initiatives
  • Manage document control to meet standards and operational needs
  • Support frameworks, tenders, and customer inquiries
  • Oversee equipment inspections, lifting, and calibrations
  • Manage COSHH assessments and conduct DSE assessments
  • Grow and sustain the QMS
