Estimator - Construction Fit Out

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Monitor expenditures and ensure purchases align with budget constraints and project goals.
  • Assist with tender processes and negotiate favourable terms with suppliers and subcontractors.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in a Buyer / Buying / Tendering / Estimator / Estimating role, ideally in the shop fitting, retail fit-out, or construction sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the retail industry, including client needs, project lifecycles, and industry regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and CRM systems, along with a solid grasp of budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
