We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Insights Manager to lead our Cardiovascular analytics team at Airfinity. This is an exceptional opportunity to drive critical analysis and informatic services to clients across multiple sectors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing data analysis strategies to drive insights and recommendations for clients. They will also manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Cardiovascular analytics team to turn scientific data into clear insights for clients.
  • Become the client-facing expert lead within cardiovascular/renal/metabolic diseases.
  • Develop and implement data analysis strategies to drive insights and recommendations for clients.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Deliver effective stakeholder presentations and demonstrations to optimize the value of Airfinity's solutions to clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and engagement.
  • Work closely with other disease area leads to ensure alignment across the infectious disease team and wider business.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to expand the team's offerings.

Requirements:

  • Experience in data analytics or consulting in the life science industry, ideally in the cardiovascular/renal/metabolic disease space.
  • At least a doctorate degree (or equivalent level of experience) in life sciences, data science, or statistics.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools such as Excel, R, or Tableau.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail to effectively scrutinize scientific results and publications with the capability to produce predictive analytics.
  • Good communication and leadership skills to efficiently lead an interdisciplinary team.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience presenting to clients, including C-suite, and key stakeholders.
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high standard of output.
