Specialist SEN Teacher

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic teacher to join our SEND School in North Bristol.
This role involves providing high-quality, tailored teaching to students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), ensuring their individual learning needs are met in a supportive environment. Collaborative work with the SENCO, teaching assistants, and other professionals is essential to deliver personalized education and promote positive outcomes.
Key requirements include:
- English, Maths or PSHE specialism desired but not essential
- Good knowledge of SEN Code of Practice, particularly SEMH education
- Experience with assessment data and implementing strategies for raising achievement of pupils with SEMH
- Commitment to inclusion and safeguarding
- Managing HLTAs and/or LSA's in the classroom
