Job Description

Expand Group is seeking a skilled Gaming Talent Manager to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for discovering and recruiting top-tier social media influencers across various platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or a related field.
  • Strong connections with gaming creators.
  • A deep understanding of the social media landscape and influencer ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • A data-driven approach with a knack for generating reports and analyzing results.
  • Passion for creativity and a strong understanding of brand storytelling.
  • The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive influencer campaigns for leading brands.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Oversee the creative process, collaborating with influencers to produce high-impact content.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for future optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest influencer marketing trends and best practices.
