We are seeking a highly skilled BIM/3D Manager to join our MEP division in Glasgow or Edinburgh office, as part of our successful national MEP team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with our North division, joining a fun and highly engaged MEP team who love what they do. We have a wealth of experience and will offer support, development opportunities, and expert advice.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a growing team of technicians and supporting the education of our graduates.
  • Producing 2D and 3D engineering models and drawings using software such as AutoCAD and Revit, clash detection, and model coordination.
  • Engaging with other Revit technicians, BIM Managers, and engineers to develop solutions to 3D environment issues and support the development of the group as a whole.
  • Supporting the BIM technology needs of the Leeds office and national team, and educating new starters around the use of Revit.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Up-to-date knowledge of Autodesk software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
  • Passion for digital engineering, building information modelling, and innovation.
  • Knowledge of MEP systems and how services should be routed and coordinated.
  • A BTEC/HNC in building performance engineering or another relevant engineering discipline, or significant experience in technical drawing production using Revit.
