Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in the Brecon, Abergavenny and Monmouth areas. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets, developing new clients and strengthening relationships with existing advertisers.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed personal sales targets through the identification and development of new clients, as well as the maximization and strengthening of relationships with existing advertisers.
- Digital Marketing Solutions: Provide digital marketing solutions across our websites and social media platforms, including identifying business needs and connecting with businesses face-to-face and by phone, assessing individual client needs and providing solutions and opportunities, identifying trends and insights, and planning and directing marketing campaigns.
- Market Monitoring: Monitor the marketplace, keeping abreast of all developments and client activity, ready to make changes and recommendations as the ever-changing environment requires.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to further the company's objectives.
- Sales Experience: 1 year of sales experience is essential, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Advertising/Media Experience: Advertising/Media experience is desirable.
- Key Skills: Confidence, motivation, excellent communication skills, and a can-do attitude.
- Essential Qualifications: Solid computer literacy and a driving license.
