SHE Program Director

The Engineer is seeking an experienced SHE Program Director to lead and implement safety, health, and environmental programs across multiple sites in the Southeast region. This role requires a strong background in occupational health and safety, with experience in leading teams and mentoring professionals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement safety strategies to reduce incidents and improve overall safety performance.
- Train employees on safety policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze safety performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Lead and mentor a team of safety professionals while contributing to day-to-day work activities.
Requirements
- Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or similar qualification desirable.
- Comprehensive SHE Advisor experience in a complex organization with demonstrable evidence of successful performance improvement.
- Strong knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulations and standards.

- Bonus of up to 21% of base salary (£60,000 depending on experience).
