Parking Enforcement Officer Job Description

District Enforcement Limited is a leading supplier in the car park enforcement industry, with 500 contracts across the UK. We are now recruiting for the position of Parking Enforcement Officer based in Nottingham.

As a Parking Enforcement Officer, you will be responsible for patrolling the site, working closely with senior management to ensure efficient monitoring and enforcement of the site is achieved. You will be using the latest equipment to issue PCNs (Parking Charge Notices) to vehicles that are in contravention of the parking regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patrolling the site to monitor and enforce parking regulations
  • Issuing PCNs to vehicles that are in contravention of parking regulations
  • Working closely with senior management to ensure efficient monitoring and enforcement
  • Communicating with offenders in a professional and assertive manner
  • Dealing with difficult situations in a calm and diplomatic manner
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer service role and handling difficult situations
  • Ability to communicate with offenders in a professional and assertive manner
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Physical fitness to carry out foot patrol for prolonged periods

Salary: £12 per hour
