Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and dynamic leader to develop and execute innovative programs, events, and activities that cater to families, couples, and individual guests. The ideal candidate will have experience in resort programming, activity management, or a related role in luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Development: Design and implement a diverse calendar of activities and events tailored to our guests' needs.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of activity coordinators, entertainers, and program specialists to deliver exceptional service.
  • Guest Engagement: Continuously seek feedback to refine and enhance offerings, creating personalized and enriching experiences.
  • Partnerships: Collaborate with local vendors, artists, and instructors to incorporate authentic cultural elements into programming.
  • Budget Management: Effectively manage budgets while maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to safety regulations and protocols.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in resort programming, activity management, or a related role in luxury hospitality.
  • A passion for creating memorable guest experiences, with a focus on family-oriented and multi-generational offerings.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Exceptional creativity, organization, and communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of Caribbean culture and activities is a plus.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Salary commensurate with experience: $80,000 - $120,000 per year.
