Key Responsibilities- Utilize data and insights to implement customer-friendly and commercially-savvy decisions.
- Own and optimize key merchandising levers while following our core merchandising principles.
- Work with the Buying & Promotions teams to drive sales and achieve commercial targets.
- Make insightful trade-offs and prioritization decisions to optimize merchandising on our website and mobile apps.
- Drive innovation and provide inspiration for our customers through new ways to shop that drive conversion and sales.
- Evaluate and react to competitors' merchandising activities and customer trends.
- Build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
- Passionate about customer experience.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong planning and organization skills, with experience of multitasking and managing multiple deadlines.
- Proactive self-starter.
- Ecommerce, FMCG, marketing, or shopper insights experience.
- Desirable: Content Square, Adobe Analytics, and/or GA experience.
