Test Manager - Large Scale Programme

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to oversee the full testing lifecycle of a high-value programme, ensuring end-to-end coverage and quality assurance for all test phases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the testing lifecycle of a large-scale programme, ensuring quality assurance for all test phases.
  • Lead and coordinate a team of testers across multiple workstreams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design, plan, and execute testing strategies tailored to large-scale, business-critical projects.
  • Provide clear, actionable reporting on testing progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and project sponsors.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing the testing for large-scale projects with budgets ranging from £30m to £35m.
  • Experience in long-term engagements is highly desirable, demonstrating your ability to see projects through to completion.
  • Strong knowledge of D365BC (Dynamics 365 Business Central) and its testing requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail and an ability to adapt to changing project needs.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across all levels of a business.
