Job Title: Senior Land Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Land Manager to join our team in the Eastern region. As a key member of our land acquisition team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new sites for development, working closely with our planning, construction, and design teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and appraise potential sites for development, conducting thorough research and analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
- Negotiate with landowners and other stakeholders to secure site acquisitions, using your excellent communication and negotiation skills to achieve successful outcomes.
- Work closely with our planning, construction, and design teams to ensure that site acquisitions align with our business objectives and project timelines.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local authorities, estate agents, and other key stakeholders to stay informed about market trends and opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of our land acquisition strategy, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in land acquisition and development, ideally within the property sector.
- Proven track record of successful site acquisitions, with a strong understanding of the land market and its trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and risks.
- Valid UK driver's license and a competent driver, with a willingness to travel frequently.
