About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and motivated individual to provide clear, actionable reports to Leadership and support the team in shaping our people strategy through data storytelling and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify workforce trends and issues, providing regular updates to the People Team and Leadership.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the People department and employees, providing timely and empathetic support for inquiries and issues.
  • Manage the People Helpdesk ticketing system, ensuring that all employee requests and questions are addressed promptly and accurately.
  • Oversee and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, cycle to work, and other company-provided benefits.
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for all involved.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and policies, aiming to enhance efficiency and the overall employee experience.

About You

To succeed as a People Data Analyst at Wayve, you'll need:

  • Experience using data to tell compelling stories that drive insights and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to handle sensitive matters with empathy and confidentiality.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with an ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and familiarity with ticketing systems.
  • Highly skilled in Excel/GSheets.
  • A commitment to fostering a positive work environment and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
