About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team in developing next-generation autonomous vehicles. As a People Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for identifying workforce trends and issues, providing regular updates to the People Team and Leadership, and ensuring they have clear insights to make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Reporting: Identify workforce trends and issues, and provide regular updates to the People Team and Leadership.
  • First Point of Contact: Act as the primary liaison between the People department and employees, providing timely and empathetic support for inquiries and issues.
  • People Helpdesk Management: Efficiently manage the People Helpdesk ticketing system, ensuring that all employee requests and questions are addressed promptly and accurately.
  • Benefits Administration: Oversee and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, cycle to work, and other company-provided benefits.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Assist in both, ensuring that the team is set up to be able to make this as great an experience as possible for all involved.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and policies, aiming to enhance efficiency and the overall employee experience.

About You

We're looking for someone with experience using data to tell compelling stories that drive insights and decision-making. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to handle sensitive matters with empathy and confidentiality. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are also essential, as well as proficiency in HRIS systems and familiarity with ticketing systems.
