We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineering Contracts Specialist to join our team at Reactive Recruitment. This full-time permanent role offers a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Overview:

As a key member of our team, you will lead the negotiation, management, and execution of tenders, overseeing all project operations to ensure high-quality services meet safety standards.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Contracts Management or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in construction management or civil engineering.
  • Technical knowledge of Civil Engineering/Groundworks.
  • Expertise in contract law and regulatory compliance.
  • High level of IT literacy, especially in Microsoft Packages.

A strong understanding of contract law and regulatory compliance, along with excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential for this role.
