We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Membership Administrator to join our team at New Resource Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our membership base, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full membership process from recruitment to renewals, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Oversee the direct debit system and manage membership payments, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Provide high levels of customer care via phone, email, and other communication channels, resolving queries and issues efficiently.
- Produce reports and maintain the membership database for marketing purposes, analyzing data to inform membership strategies.
- Collaborate with external recruitment partners and volunteers to support membership administration tasks, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Proven experience in customer service or donor support, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Knowledge of CRM systems, with experience in managing and updating databases, ensuring accuracy and GDPR compliance.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel, with attention to detail and ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Ability to work well in a team, solving problems, and handling confidential data with discretion and professionalism.
